I'm Switching from the old app to YMCA360. How do I get started?
- First, download the iOS or Andriod app using the links on this page or by searching "YMCA360" in your mobile device's app store
- Open the app and type your zip code
- Select your favorite Y from the options provided
- Type in the email address associated with your YMCA MyCommunity account. See FAQs below for additional details
- Once you complete this step, you will receive an email with a 6-digit passcode, which you will enter to gain access
- Enjoy 1000's of on-demand and live-stream classes and more!
How do I make sure my points from the old app appear in my new YMCA360 app?
Your accrued points will automatically appear in your YMCA360 account if your email address in the old app matches your MyCommunity account address.
To change your address in the old app:
- Tap your initials/name on the top left of the app screen
- Tap your initials/name when the menu expands
- Tap your email address and update to the address associated with your MyCommunity account
- Tap "Save"
- Points will be transferred to your account starting August 26, 2024

How Do I Access YMCA360?
To log into the ymca360.org website and tv app, you must know your email associated with your membership. You will simply click the login button, enter your email address and zip code, and select your local Y community center.
Once you complete this step, you will receive an email with a 6 digit passcode, which you will enter to gain access. To log into the mobile app, enter the email and password you use for the ymcawichita.org website. This email will be the same as the email you use for ymca360.org and the tv app.
How Much Does YMCA360 Cost?
YMCA360 is free to all YMCA of Pierce and Kitsap Counties members.
What If I Can't Log in?
Please check your YMCA MyCommunity account to make sure the email address you are entering into YMCA360 matches the email attached to your membership. If you are unable to find the email address attached to your membership, please contact our membership team for help.
