This 4-month health education program teaches members and community members how to correctly take and track their own blood pressure, as well how foods influence blood pressure levels with the goal of improving blood pressure readings.
During The Program, Participants Are Encouraged To:
- Measure and record their blood pressure at least two times per month
- Attend two personalized consultations per month
- Attend monthly Nutrition Education Seminars Program
