The YMCA Weight Loss Program is a 12-week, evidence-informed program that helps adults ages 18+ form sustainable and healthy habits by making small, modest changes to their daily behaviors. 

Participants get the tools, knowledge, and group support they need to develop a lifestyle change plan that works. 

 

 

 

Flexible Access

The program fee for current YMCA members is $75; for non-members, the cost is $200, which includes a complementary 3-month membership with financial options available.

This is a 12-week program that meets weekly for one hour, both in-person and online. Throughout the program, we cover a range of vital topics such as nutrition, physical activity, stress management, sleep optimization, positive psychology, goal-setting, and sustainability.

Our commitment is to equip you with the necessary tools, knowledge, and group support, enabling you to craft a personalized nutrition and exercise plan that seamlessly aligns with your unique needs and preferences.

Customized to Your Goals

Each week, participants are invited to weigh in, be introduced to a new topic relevant to weight loss, group discussion on successes, challenges, and suggestions around the weekly topic, and develop goals for the upcoming week.  

Because weight loss is unique to each person, this program focuses on helping individuals identify ways to make small, modest changes to their behavior within the context of their own life and in support of their weight loss goals.
