Update: January 5, 2022
Our January promotion is fully underway and we are off to a great start! We've had some questions roll in and we want to share feedback and guidance with the team for reference.
GUIDANCE
- When new members select their benefit at sign-up they're only selecting the benefit that they are interested in. They are not registering for programs in your center.
- New health and well-being programs will be in and ready to go by January 17. After this date, new members will need to register for the health and well-being program they want to be part of. Marketing is emailing new members who indicate they are interested in the health and well-being programs when they joined to alert them that they may then register.
- Members are more than welcome to register for a program at a center they did not sign up at.
SHOUT OUTS!
"Denise Landis is rocking her first promo as Senior Membership! Her team is dialed in and doing a tremendous job of creating impactful impressions for our new members. Thanks for all your hard work and preparation Denise!"
-Jared Johnson, Morgan Family Y
Thank you each for your work to share the Y with our community. Please keep questions and shout outs coming in!
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Beginning January 1 through January 17, the YMCA of Pierce and Kitsap Counties will be fully engaged attracting people in to our community centers and on to our website so that they may become members of the Y.
To help everyone stay on the same page when it comes to details about the offer, how to sign up, answer questions from community members, and speak intelligently about the programs being offered, we've created the below assets for reference and ongoing use. Please access these materials as you see fit. We recommend bookmarking this page for easy access in the weeks ahead.
