Construction of the new Pearl Street Family Y is in full-swing and there has been a lot of progress since our previous update! Watch the video below and continue reading to see what you can expect in the coming weeks.
As seen in the video, Absher Construction has completed pouring the concrete slabs for most of the building's footprint, including the pool floors for the new Aquatic Center.
The new facility is starting to come out of the ground with Concrete Masonry Unit block walls beginning to take shape. In addition to the CMU walls, portions of the structural steel framing package has arrived, and the erection of steel columns and beams will happen in the coming weeks.
The new Pearl Street Family Y is on pace to be completed in fall 2025 and we will continue to keep you updated on our construction progress!
