9:30 – 10:15 am | Experience a sound yoga bath, which provides soothing vibrations and sounds that promote relaxation, provide pain relief, and reduce stress.
9:30 – 11:30 am | Participate in the Fix Your Squat Workshop, where our expert staff will offer corrections and tips to improve your squat form to maximize your gains.
11:30 – 6: 30 pm | BodySpec’s full DEXA scans will be available to help you better understand your body’s composition.
4:30 – 5:15 pm | Improve your cardio and strength with Stroller Strong, a class designed for parents with younger children who can remain in their stroller.
4:30 – 5:30 pm | Our kettlebell workshop will introduce you to the basic techniques and benefits.
4:30 – 7:30 pm | Find your stride in a pickleball workshop, where you can learn the rules and basic techniques while enjoying the game with other pickleball enthusiasts.
There will be a full day of activities and opportunities to explore, including a social events table, a chance to connect with several fitness vendors, fun competitions, and more. Join our community for a day of fun, fitness, and friendship!
