8 – 9 am | Registration and welcome for the powerlifting competition.
9-11am | Powerlifting competition complete with squats, bench press, and deadlift challenges.
11am-12pm | Functional fitness circuit and HITT challenges including timed intervals to test stamina and speed with exercises focusing on real-life movements and endurance.
12-1pm | Nutritional and recovery workshop showcasing lifting techniques, injury prevention, and performance enhancement. Get advice from nutritionists and physiotherapists on optimizing fitness performance.
1-2pm | Group fitness sessions including boot camp, cycling, surge fit, and power yoga.
2-3pm | Youth and family activities, including kids' yoga, homeschool physical education games, and stroller fitness activities.
3-4pm | Awards ceremony for top performers in fitness competitions.
4-5pm | Vendor fair including workout and recovery equipment, fitness apparel, nutrition products, and more.
