The YMCA Youth Leadership Development Club (YLD) is designed for students in grades 8-12 to cultivate their leadership potential. Participants build relationships and develop skills in a fun, safe, and supportive environment.

How YLDC Helps Teens Develop Leadership Skills
YLD offers a weekly leadership club where teens can grow in an open and engaging environment, focusing on:
- Sense of Belonging: Increase participants' connection to the group.
- Engagement: Foster connections with leaders and peers.
- Safety and Enjoyment: Ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
- Empowerment: Cultivate a sense of empowerment.
- Responsibility: Encourage responsibility for personal choices.

Teen Leadership Development Programs Available to All
YMCA programs are open and available to everyone within our communities and you do not need to be a Y member to participate in any of the Teen Leadership Development programs offered. No person shall be turned away due to the inability to pay.
Program Price: $100
Payments may be made on a monthly draft or paid in full upon registration.
