Each child in our Child Care program receives a free YMCA membership.
With their complementary YMCA membership, your child transforms into a “Y kid”! The Y provides programming and skill-building opportunities within safe and engaging spaces for children to be themselves, build supportive communities, and develop the courage and confidence to be leaders. The Y has been empowering young people to reach their potential for generations – exploring their purpose, cultivating a healthy mindset, and growing into the changemakers of tomorrow. Our Before & After School program meets children ages 6-12 where they are with on-site programs at 20 local schools. We nurture their passions and interests with trusted staff and new friends, allowing them to:
- Gain skills in social-emotional learning and leadership by making unique friendships with new people.
- Work side by side with Y staff to gain support with homework and school projects.
- Take opportunities to stay active by participating in physical exercise and team sports.
