Join us for Fitness Fest, a week celebrating our classes and you, at the Morgan Family YMCA! Each day will be something new. Here's what's in store:
Guest Passes
YMCA members are eligible to claim up to 5 guest passes during Fitness Fest. This is the perfect opportunity to share everything the Y has to offer, from energizing group workouts to expansive fitness facilities – all in a supportive and welcoming community.

5-8pm | Gym Equipment Q and A
Curious how to use a machine or need assistance on form? This workshop allows you to ask questions directly to our coaches. Take advantage of this opportunity to level up your workouts!

11:30am-12:30pm | Kettlebell Workshop
Learn the fundamentals of kettlebell training, including proper form, technique, and powerful movements to build strength and endurance. This hands-on workshop is perfect for all levels, whether you're new to kettlebells or looking to refine your skills.

10:15-11:45am | Fleet Feet
Feet are the foundation of healthy alignment and a proper workout. Come get a demo on proper footwear and get personalized recommendations.
11:30am-12:30pm | TRX Workshop
Master the art of suspension training with this dynamic TRX workshop! You'll learn how to leverage your body weight to build strength, stability, and mobility in a fun and challenging way.
6-7pm | Squat Workshop
Build a stronger, more powerful squat with expert coaching on technique, mobility, and mechanics. This workshop will cover proper setup, depth, bracing, and common mistakes to help you lift more efficiently and safely—perfect for all experience levels!

11:30am-12:30pm | Foam Rolling Workshop

6-7pm | Bench Workshop

This is your chance to test your strength and set new personal records with the guidance of nationally certified powerlifting coaches! Whether you're a seasoned lifter or just starting out, get expert tips, lift in a supportive environment, and push past your limits. Come ready to lift big and celebrate your progress!
