Nurturing Skills and Building Confidence in the Water

The Y is America’s swim instructor. More than 100 years ago, the Y created the concept of group swim lessons, and to this day, it has taught millions invaluable water safety and swimming skills every year.

Swimming is an activity that you can enjoy for a lifetime. It teaches confidence, endurance, determination, teamwork, and dynamic forms of movement. We offer a range of activities for individuals of all ages and skill levels, focussing on providing a safe, fun, and educational environment.

We are committed to your safety. All YMCA aquatics programs are conducted under the supervision of certified lifeguards and trained instructors.
